About Colo

Baked by Colo is my neighborhood bakery for custom cakes and treats, handmade in Sunnyside for birthdays, kids parties, family tables, and the sweet moments that deserve something real. I make tres leches cakes, cupcakes, alfajores, chocolate strawberries, arepas, and special event orders for Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan, and New York City.

Everything is made to order, picked up by appointment, and handled through WhatsApp so we can get the details right.
